Refund policy

7-Day Quality Guarantee

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a towel arrives damaged or incorrect, is defective, or does not transform as advertised, email info@animetowels.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos or video of the towel, its packaging, and the shipping label so we can review the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the affected item to your original payment method.

Please do not send an item back unless we ask you to. If an approved quality claim requires a return, we will provide the return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because towels are personal-use items, opened, washed, or used towels are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

An unopened and unused towel in its original sealed packaging may be considered for a return if you contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. The customer is responsible for tracked return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

All returns require approval and must be sent only to the return address provided by Anime Towels. Do not return an item to the sender address shown on the package. Unauthorized returns and return-to-sender packages will not be accepted.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Promotional or sale pricing does not affect the 7-Day Quality Guarantee. Gift cards are final sale.

Refunds

We will notify you when an approved return has been received and inspected or when an approved quality claim has been resolved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email info@animetowels.com.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. If the law where you live provides a longer cancellation period or another mandatory remedy, those legal requirements will apply.
